The agile Coaching program at tryScrum teaches you the skills needed to be successful as a coach and shows you how to be a valuable coach to any Agile Team.


The ICP-ACC is one of two knowledge-based certifications on the Agile Coaching track. The certification focuses primarily on the mindset, roles, and responsibilities of an Agile Coach. After finishing the certificate, the learner will be able to differentiate between and among mentoring, facilitating, professional coaching and teaching, and also gain the skills needed to create a safe environment for meaningful collaboration and healthy conflict resolution within an agile team.
In addition, Coaches will earn Continuing Coach Education CCEs 16 units for attending the course to renew their ICF Credentials. (One of the few Organisations Accredited by ICF).
CCE units split:-
All participants completing the ICP-ACC course will receive one of the top industry-recognized Agile coach certificates. It is the most preferred certificate in the industry in terms of Agile Coaching. Having Certified Agile Coach certification increases the chances of you landing on an Agile Coach job.
Also, from tryScrum, one will receive a certificate as “Team Transformation Coach” along with 16 CCE units to be used for ICF credentialing (Attached certificate below).

The course content covers the following areas:
Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches, and aspiring coaches if you desire to explore and practice other stances like facilitation, professional coaching, mentoring, and teaching in service of Agile teams. Other relevant roles include Project Managers, Program Managers, and anyone in Leadership roles. Although it is not a formal prerequisite, a fundamental understanding of one of the Agile Frameworks would be helpful.
