  • Our cancellation policy is as follows:


  • In order for us to provide a world-class experience and to avoid inconveniences for our candidates, we must ask you to adhere to our cancellation policy. If it is necessary to cancel or reschedule this registration, please notify us immediately. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • 15 or more business days prior to class, 100% refund of tuition.
  • 7-15 business days prior to class, no refund, but may reschedule another class within one year of the date of the canceled class.
  • 7 days or less from the course start date, we will not be able to refund. However, tickets are transferrable to some of the other fellow friends or colleagues of yours. If there is availability you could attend any of our future classes, however, the hotel and logistics arranged will be deducted from your original course fees.

  • FAQ's

    The registration fee includes the fees for classroom training, the study material, exam fees.

    All participants completing the Scrum.org courses will receive a password to attempt the first assessment. The class participants who attempt the assessment within 14 days of receiving their free password and do not score at least 85% will be granted a 2nd attempt at no additional cost. For ICAgile courses, there is no exam as of today. However, the trainers will evaluate before issuing the Certificate. For other Courses, please speak to our support executive by writing to help@tryscrum.com
