This two-day Certified ScrumMaster course provides Scrum practices and Agile thinking foundations for your team, including the ScrumMasters, Product Owners, Developers(meaning: Including coders, testers, business analysts, designers, deployers and anyone contributing to the product increment), and Management (Project Managers and other Management members).

Upon completing the course and completing a post-course online evaluation at Scrum Alliance, you will be registered as Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) with a two-year membership in the Scrum Alliance.

Who is a Scrum Master?

A scrum master is accountable for establishing a Scrum Framework to help the Scrum team deliver value iteratively and incrementally by ensuring everyone in the team understands the purpose of the framework instead of just the mechanics of the framework.
They help the scrum team by creating a healthy work environment and guiding others to embrace the values of the scrum.
